Shipping Policy

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details (where applicable). Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays outside our control.
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures, you may choose a refund or replacement. For minor failures, we may offer a repair or replacement within a reasonable time.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
To make a claim, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue. We may request proof of purchase and evidence of the fault. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or not as described, reasonable return shipping costs will be covered.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
